Cloud Country West Unit 1 is a community nestled in the Sacramento Mountains five miles east of the village of Cloudcroft, NM. Surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest, our neighborhood consists of 190 property owners, with 96 cabins and 94 parcels of undeveloped land. Those who live here enjoy a peaceful, quiet lifestyle with friendly neighbors and frequent visits from the elk, deer and other wildlife.

Snow Plowing this Winter: If we experience a normal winter of less than 12" of snow at one time, volunteers in our community will snow plow the roads.
We currently do not have an approved vendor that has committed to snow plow our roads at this time. If we get more than 12" of snow at one time, we might not be able to snow plow the roads.
If any property owners have contact information for anyone that has the ability to snow plow roads in excess of 12", please communicate this to a Road Committee Member.
2024 Annual POA Dues: As announced at our annual meeting in July, we will be emailing the 2024 Annual Dues Invoices in order to save money on postage. If we do not have a valid email address for you, please contact our secretary at [email protected]. It is extremely important that we have contact information for all of our property owners including: email, addresses, billing addresses and phone numbers.
