As authorized by a quorum of property owners for Cloud Country West Unit #1, that voted in favor of changing our privately owned public water system to a Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association during a Special Board Meeting on April 26th, 2025 the Cloud Country West Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association was formed and recognized by the New Mexico Secretary of State effective on June 23rd, 2025
