Water is our most precious commodity in Cloud Country West. Our drinking water comes from a well that we share with CCW RV park on the north side of Highway 82 as well as 13 cabins south of the subdivision, known as Unit 4 (properties on Evergreen and Branding Iron) and Unit 5 (also known as Mountain Meadows.) In total, there are more than 230 taps supplied by the well. We regularly monitor the system for leaks, and we rely on our water operator, Jared Mitchell, for regular maintenance of the system.
